You can return goods purchased from the Riverside CoffeeRoastery Co. online store within 14 days of purchase. The procedure for returning goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" .

Necessary conditions for returning goods:

Return in this case is possible only if:

– the product was not in use and was not used in any way;

– it is not a food product;

– fully preserved branded packaging and delivery set;

– the product is in the same condition as at the time of purchase and delivery to the user (without any damage or defects);

– in the presence of settlement documents for the goods, issued to the consumer together with the goods;

In the case of a return, the buyer pays for shipping both ways.
